Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Check-in and check-out times: check-in is from 12:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. No right of withdrawal: because this is an accommodation service for a specific date, this booking is NOT subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to other online purchases, under article 103.l of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This means that once payment is confirmed, cancellation is governed by the cancellation policy below rather than an automatic legal refund right. Room cancellation policy: you can cancel your booking free of charge via the management link included in your confirmation email up to 48 hours before check-in. After that, or in case of a no-show, the amount paid (full amount or deposit) is non-refundable. Table reservations: table reservation requests do not involve any charge. The hostal confirms or declines them based on availability, and you can cancel free of charge via the link in your email up to 2 hours before the reservation. Prices: displayed prices include applicable taxes. Intellectual property: the content on this website (text, images, design) belongs to Hostal Restaurant Sant Roc or is used with proper authorization. Dispute resolution: you can file a complaint through the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Governing law: these terms are governed by Spanish law.
